Ottilia McCrehin April 8, 1917 - April 9, 2007 "Tillie" L. McCrehin, age 90, of Watertown, South Dakota, passed away Monday, April 9, 2007 at Prairie Lakes Care Center. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Ottilia L. McCrehin was born on April 8, 1917 south of Kranzburg, South Dakota to John and Ottilia (Deniger) Clausen. She attended District 11 School and high school in Kranzburg.

She took many educational classes in religion and nursing. Tillie married Lloyd McCrehin on December 25, 1940 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kranzburg. The couple lived in Watertown then moved to California in 1960. Tillie came back to Watertown after the death of her husband in 1974. Most of her work has been with church parishes. She taught CCD for 24 years, she worked Ministry Outreach for years in the church, WPS, Auxiliary at St. Ann's, helped with handicapped, was a rosary maker member in the cursello. Tillie enjoyed her work at all times.She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, St. Marks Family Circle, Immaculate Conception Church Choir, Catholic Daughters, Circle "Little Flower", and Oblate of St. Benedict.She enjoyed crafts, macrame and reading.

She was preceded in death by her husband; five brothers; one sister, and one grandson. She is survived by her son, Lloyd (Donna) McCrehin of Holden, MO; three daughters, Patricia Stevens of Commerce, OK, and Mary (Gary) Stuckey of Watertown, Martha (Ron) Wentworth of San Diego, CA; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
