DUNFERMLINE — DUNFERMLINE – Mary Ann Duckwiler, 51, died at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday (June 1, 2011) at her home. She was born on December 7, 1959, in Peoria, to Chester and Anna (Bouc) Tindall. She married Melvin L. Duckwiler on November 18, 1983, in Lewistown. He survives.
Also surviving are two children, Miranda Jones of Canton and Nicholas P. (Kayla) Jones of Kansas City, Mo.; two step-children, Daniel Duckwiler of Princeville and Steven A. Duckwiler of Morton; one sister, Patricia Stegall of Norris; her mother and father-in-law, Harlen and Wilma Duckwiler of Canton; and six grandchildren, Maryssa, Serenity, Sylus, Alissabeth, Madisyn, and Kailyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Doggie Tindall.
Mary Ann retired from AT&T (formerly Illinois Bell) in 2009.
She was a loving grandmother and animal lover. She enjoyed the outdoors, including gardening and feeding the birds. She was a member of Black Diamond Archery Club.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, where visitation will be held from 9 until 11 a.m. on Monday morning. Rev. Keith Jones will officiate.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
