My brother, Kenneth Wayne Boulware II, was born to Kenneth Wayne Boulware(1939-2000)& Patricia Diane Dillon Boulware(1937-2006) on November 2,1963 at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, California. He attended and graduated from Tennyson High School in Hayward, Ca in 1980. He was employed by Gillig Corporation from 1981 to 2000.
He had never married and had no children of his own,
but it is my belief, that he would've been an excellent father, if he'd only given himself the chance.
He was the brother of Roland John Dillon Boulware, Debbie Lynne Fuchs Sumpter, David Michael Fuchs(1959-2010), & Kimberley Anne Boulware Dragon.
He was the uncle of Darla K. Boulware, Heather Sumpter, Dustin J. Dragon(1981-2010), Matthew Sumpter, Edward Dragon, Joshua Sumpter, Dylan Dragon, & David, Amanda, Sarah, Jessica, Tricia Fuchs.

NOTE: Kenny Wayne's story is a sad one. He never married, never had any children, & never actually, adventured out of the "nest". He was a complete "home body" in essence. To those who knew him, he was a insecure little boy, in a grown man's body and I believe that if he had it his way, he would've stayed seventeen forever. I don't blame him, life was easier at seventeen for me as well. Unfortunately, he seemed unhappy and uneasy with life as it was and seemed to find it easier to simply hide from it or shy away from it in many ways. He never grew into his age, but that was just how he was and he wasn't going to have it any other way.

He loved animals and they seemed to love him in return. Kids loved him as well and seemed to relate to him, for after all, Kenny Wayne was still a kid in many ways himself. For the most part, he was a gentle hearted, likeable individual, who just never gave himself a chance to really "TRY" at life or maybe, he simply tried at what he wanted, found what he personally liked there, took what he wanted from it, and never gave anything else a second thought.

A thought : How do you save someone from themselves ? How do you help someone swim, when all they really want to do.... is sink ?
