~A Dog's Plea ~
"My friend, when I am very old and I no longer enjoy good health, hearing and sight, do not make heroic efforts to keep me going. I am not having any fun. Please see to it that my life is taken gently. I shall leave this Earth knowing with the last breath I draw that my fate was always safest in your hands."

What a wonderful dog.
Well he wasn't really a dog, he was more like a family member.
He stumbled onto their doorstep abt.15 yrs. ago and stole their hearts.
RIP Buddy.
Aged 15 1/2 yrs.

A Dog for Jesus

I wish someone had given Jesus a dog
as loyal and loving as mine.
To sleep by His manger and gaze in His eyes
and adore Him for being divine.

As our Lord grew to manhood His faithful dog would have followed Him all through the day, while He preached to the crowds and made the sick well and knelt in the garden to pray.
His tender dog would have comforted His Master on that night before he went to the Cross.
And when Jesus rose on that Easter morn, How happy He would have been, As His dog kissed His hand and barked with delight, For The One who died and arose for all men.

Well, the Lord has a dog now, we just sent Him ours, Our Buddy so dear to our hearts.
He will be oh so sweet and loving to His Creator!

So as our eyes fill with tears on this first day without him We will miss his tender ways, so loving and loyal all these years.
And when tomorrow starts, we will miss him but we won't be far apart.
For every time we think of you,
You'll be right there in our hearts.

Our sweet boy, Buddy, May 1996 to Oct 27, 2011
