He was a senior, studying Space Physics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, when, on a mountain road south of Prescott, AZ, he and his motorcycle collided with an illegally driven 18-wheeler, and he was killed.

Greg believed in living life to the fullest, even going so far as to have his motto, "Vive Ut Optime Vivas," tattooed on his shoulders. He had many interests, enormous vitality, an unfailing sense of humor, and the ability to master whatever drew him.

He was a much-loved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Despite the overwhelming sense of loss we feel at his sudden and unexpected death, he leaves us with twenty-two years of wonderful memories and a powerful legacy: To live life to the fullest!

We are deeply grateful for the gift of his life and we will remember him always.
