Frances J. Cole, 72, of Howell Township, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. She was born in Freehold and had resided there and in Ocean Grove before moving to Howell Township. During her career she was employed at Brockway Glass Company, Freehold Township, M & Q Plastics, Freehold, Bradlees, Manalapan Township and Target Ocean Township.
She was predeceased by a brother, Richard "Butch" Perrine and a sister, Gloria Karluk. Surviving are three daughters, Kelly Cole and her partner Patricia DePino, Denise Wilson and her husband Richard, and Sheila Barreira and her husband Dave; a sister, Betty Boywitt and her Husband Joseph, Coudersport, Pennsylvania; A brother In law Walter Karluk of Freehold, three grandchildren, David, Justin, and Ashley Barreira; several nieces and nephews; and her cat, Prissy.
Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Flowers would be appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the Monmouth County SPCA, PO Box 93, Eatontown, NJ 07724.
