Mollie Weaver Pritchett was born to Joseph Seaborne Pritchett and Virginia "Jennie" Manassa Summers, who originated from Alabama.

Mollie's mother and father married in Clarke County, Alabama November 7, 1878 and quickly migrated westward. Seaborne had been issued a 40 acre land grant for homesteading in Arkansas the previous year (1876). The land grant document was signed by U.S. President Grover Cleveland. It was issued through the Dardanelle Land Office.

The Pritchetts were enumerated without children in Franklin County, Arkansas at the 1880 census. Seaborne farmed, Jennie kept house. Other Pritchetts were recorded as living adjacent or nearby.

In addition to being the wife of Homer King Ervin and William H Richardson, and the mother of Delbert D. Ervin, she was the grandmother of David Del and Mary Delaney Ervin who were her pride and joy.

Mollie passed away in 1979, just a few months after the birth of her first great grandchild. She was laid to rest in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, in Charleston, Franklin County, Arkansas.
