Ruel, the 16-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred McArron died at the home of his parents near Long Lane Monday, January 28, 1918, following a short illness from spinal meningitis. We understand that he was in Buffalo in company with his father only last Saturday and his death comes as a great shock to the family and friends. He became very sick soon after reaching home.

The bereaved ones have the sincere sympathy of all.

Funeral services and interment were held at Cear Ridge on Tuesday.
