Husband of Rita Larson Loney, son of the late Thomas J. and Thelma D. Cooper Loney. He was an Army veteran and served more than 30 years in the Army Reserve. He was a member of the American Legion and was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Broome County, while living in Binghamton in later years. He had 4 children William Loney, Roseann Rutledge, Berea Loney, and Thomas Loney. His sisters are Susan Garvey & Charlene Swepeniser and his brother is Richard Loney. He had sixteen grandchildren and several stepchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two grandchildren,
Kenneth William Loney and Brittany Nicole Loney.
