Mr. Otts was married to Louise Sobus Tellis. They had three children. Angeline Tellis Wagner, the late Arthur Tellis, III and the late Mary Ruth Tellis Phillips.
He and Ms. Louise were very special to my daughter and I. They were like grandparents to us and we will never forget them or stop loving them.
A funny story I was told by his grandson was that Mr. Otts was driving one day and said, "What color is that light up there, son?" I guess it was time for him to stop driving.
