Dominicue Andrews, 22-months, died July 12, 2011 while left in a daycare van. It is believed he died from hyperthermia as a result of the extreme heat while left inside the van. When the driver found him he panicked and moved him behind the daycare building. The driver was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and tampering with physical evidence. Dominicue's family filed a civil lawsuit against his death.

Auyana Porsha Andrews, father Rashaad Easterling, uncle Fred Brown, grandmother Atila Bryant and many family members. He was their pride and joy and he is deeply missed. Nearly 100 people attended a vigil held for him outside of where he died one week after the tragedy.
