The funeral of Ella Oltman, 89, of 509 N. Adelaide St., formerly of 208 W. Locust St., both in Normal, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ Lutheran Church, Normal. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Benson. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church. Kibler-Smith Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Oltman died at 12:30 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 15, 1991) at Brokaw Hospital, Normal.
She was born April 23, 1902, in Washburn, a daughter of Ahlrich and Aalke Boyunga Quathamer. She married Frank G. Oltman on Dec. 26, 1922, in Eureka. He died June 14, 1953.
Survivors include one son, Floyd, Brandon, Fla.; one daughter, Eileen Lancaster, 2014 Tracy Drive, Bloomington; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Five brothers and five sisters preceded her in death.
