Kenneth Wayne Steele, 70 of Gans, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a self employed truck driver leased with North American Trucking Company. He was a longtime resident of Gans, Oklahoma. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He attended the First Presbyterian Church in Sallisaw.
He was preceded in death by both parents, Elbert and Mary Kate (Smith) Steele, one son, Daniel Wayne Steele.

Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 5, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with burial of cremates at a later date arrangements and cremation under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda (Wells) Steele of the home; three daughters, Cindy White & husband, Paul of Lavaca, Angie Hotella of Gans, OK, Ronda Wilcox of Texarkana, AR; four sisters, Lucy Tackett of West Plains, Mo., Mary Martin of Wasco, CA, Barbara Staples of Lucedale, MS, Virginia Wiseman & husband, Ted Oakland, MS; thirteen grandchildren, Jennifer Barber, Tyler White, Ashley Nondorf, Chelsea White, Hanna Dearing, Olivia Steele, Philip Steele, Stephanie Hotella, Brittany Hotella, Ethan Boyd, Victoria Boyd, Olivia Hammer, Joshua Groce.
Three great Grandchildren, Kaiden Hotella, Hadlee Johnson and Parker Boyd.
