She first married John C. Womack on Dec. 8, 1862, and they had one son, William E. "Willie" Womack. On Jan. 15, 1865, John C., a CSA soldier, died from his Civil War injuries.
Later, in 1865, Cyrena and Hope H. Womack, John's brother, were married. Around 1870, the family moved to Texas, first to Little Elm, then to Trinity Mills, TX. Hope died in 1888, while employed on the Caruth Estate in Dallas, where he was buried in the Caruth Cemetery. Cyrena then lived with her children, until her death.
