Mrs. Bess N. Schauder, 60, wife of Louis M. Schauder, rear of 184 Clay street, died at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1958, in Mercy hospital. She had been ill since January and was in the hospital for the last month.
Born in Tiffin Nov. 23, 1897, Mrs. Schauder was a daughter of Charles and Lottie (Facinger) Fisher. She was married in St. Mary's church Nov. 29, 1923, to Louis M. Schauder, and is survived by her husband, three daughters, Margaret wife of John Patterson, North Syracuse, N. Y. Miriam, wife of Floyd Roof, Ottawa; Norma, wife of Dallas W. MkKean, Elyria; two sons, Edward A., Tiffin; and Charles, Ft. Belvoir, Va.; a sister, Nell, wife of Harold Harnish, Tiffin; a brother, Robert Fisher, Tiffin; and nine grandchildren. A son died in infancy, and a brother, Louis, is also deceased.
Mrs. Schauder was a member of st. Mary's Catholic church and of the Altar society and the Eagles Auxillary.
Funeral services will be held in St. Mary's church at 9 a.m. Saturday, and will be followed by interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hoffmann Memorial after 7 p.m. this evening.
