Lived in CA long enough to have 2 children, both girls, the oldest passed away and will be creating a Memorial for her as well.
Lived in Gastonia, NC for years, before returning to Pulaski, TN
Sara was just so sweet, she was a Mormon, and had a heart of Gold.
While in California, during a pregnancy, she required a blood transfusion, back then, they didn't check for many things, and she received tainted blood, Hep C is what she ended up with.
It took YEARS before Drs could figure out how she got it, and years before it really wore her down, As a result of that, all of her children were born with a, I guess, a weak liver? as ALL of the kids have the same thing. Sad.
Sara loved, and I mean LOVED Elvis!! I think that was a passion she shared with many. She actually wanted her ashes scattered at Graceland, but I don't think her son could have that arranged.
She is missed by many, but not forgotten.
Many many thanks to a wonderful person on Find a Grave, for her sponsorship of Saras' memorial: Rhonda Poynter, thank you from my heart! <3
