This is my niece and the daughter of my brother, William E. (Bill) Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were William Adam (Bill) Arnold and Audrey May DUTY Arnold. Betty Sue was, also, the great-granddaughter of Charles David Arnold and Amanda HUDLOW Arnold and Ernest Samuel Duty and Hattie SIMMONS Duty.
Betty Sue graduated from Jonesboro High School in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She married the love of her life at age 18 and became a mother to one child, a son.
Her family was her life and she went on to become the very proud grandmother of three grandsons, Brooks, Bryant, and Bostan. They were the apple of her eye.
Betty Sue died unexpectly and far too soon at age 52. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
Her survivors included her beloved son, Allan, three grandchildren, mother, two sisters, and a host of other family and friends.
