David Arthur Clouse Sr., 64, of Havana, passed away at his home at 12:40 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2011.
He was born May 20, 1947 in Canton, IL to David and Maxine (Wages) Clouse.
He married Donna DeJaynes on April 16, 1966 in Havana, IL.
Mr. Clouse is survived by his wife Donna Clouse of Havana, one son, David Arthur Clouse Jr. (Pam) of Canton, IL. and one daughter Lori Sams(Clouse) of Peoria, IL. as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one sister Gloria Conway and one brother Ricky Clouse, both of Havana, IL.
Mr. Clouse was preceded in death by his father David Clouse and one brother Roy William Clouse.
Mr. Clouse was of the Baptist Faith and loved to spend his time working with Genealogy.
A visitation will be open to the public on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
