Mary Rose is survived by: husband, Robert Gadsby of Ord, Nebraska; sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Catherine Purcell of Leominster, Massachusetts, Allen and Melissa Purcell of Baytown, Texas and Robert Gadsby of Lincoln, Nebraska; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Joseph Eastwood of St. Paul, Nebraska; sister, Sandra Gonyon of Washougal, Washington; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Mary Rose grew up in Omaha, Fremont and Papillion, Nebraska where she received her education. She later attended Central Community College, Grand Island, Nebraska.
Mary Rose married Robert Gadsby in 1976. For the past 20 years she has resided in Cotesfield, Nebraska.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Elba, Nebraska the Association for the Blind and Volunteer Save-A-Pet.
Mary Rose was preceded in death by her parents.
Burial was in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Elba, Nebraska.
