Richard G. “Soup” Bednar, 87, of Streator passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Streator.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 A.M. Monday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Msgr. Philip Halfacre will officiate.

Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Sunday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. The rosary will be recited at 3:30 P.M. Additional visitation will be held from 10-11 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator.
