MR. JUDSON G. CROWDER, age 78, of Cummings Road-Trion, Georgia passed away Monday, September 23, 2013, evening at his residence following a brief illness. A native of Randolph County, Alabama, He was born to the late Jewel Frank and Blanche Moselle Owens Crowder on February 26, 1935. Mr. Crowder was a member of New Hope North Baptist Church and was owner/operator of C & R Trucking Company and retired from Bronze Trucking. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Air Force and was preceded in death by two brothers-Randy Crowder and Frankie Crowder. Surviving are wife-Mona Bartlett Crowder; daughters-Rhonda Crowder of Carrollton, Nikkie Gay of Lineville, AL., and Heaven Bartlett Crowder of Trion; sons-Steven Crowder of Nigeria, Michael Spicer of Atlanta, and Timothy Bartlett of Trion; Five Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, and several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 26th, from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Clark, interment in White Cemetery. Active Pallbearers, Daniel Crowder, Ricky Elrod, Luke Gay, Larry Bolton, Kenny Crowder, and Craig Crowder; Honorary Pallbearers, Buddy Cagle, Bob Medford, Ben Edgeman, Dale Buffingham, and Billy Jackson. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 until 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge.
