Son of Corporal Lloyd L. Alexander, Troop A, 4th Cavalry.

From the Sturgis Weekly Register (newspaper) of December 16, 1937: The two month old baby son of Corporal and Mrs. Lloyd Alexander of Fort Meade passed away at their Sturgis residence last Thursday morning after a short illness. Funeral services were held at the Fort Meade chapel on Friday afternoon, Chaplain J. H. August Borleis officiating. The funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Anderson and Son Mortuary. Interment was in the post cemetery.
