He's also known in England from his role as Sir Guy of Gisburne in the children's drama series "Robin of Sherwood." He starred in numerous British TV productions. He also appeared in "Absolution" (1978) and "Another Country" (1984). On stage he worked in "Journey's End" and "Into the Mist." He died of lung cancer.
