Juan Alvarado was born on July 5, 1962 in Kerrville, Texas to Santos Alvarado and Anita (Medina) Alvarado. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved listening to music and playing his guitar. He loved his family, his nieces and nephews, and being a "people" person he was very kind hearted and was a man of peace. He was a great person, good friend and was one who always knew what to say. He was a taxidermist at Rhodes Taxidermy. He is survived by his sisters, Lisa Alvarado and Rosie Alvarado, both of Kerrville; brother, Gilbert Alvarado of Dallas; aunt and uncle, Audelia Valdez and Juan Valdez, Sr.; cousins, Juan Valdez, Jr. of San Antonio, Jose Valdez and Michelle Valdez, both of Kerrville; nephews, Bruce Alvarado of San Antonio, Lee Rojas of Kerrville, Junior Rojas of San Antonio, Santos Rojas of Kerrville and Jay Shane Aguilar of Kerrville. He was preceded in death by his brother Javier Alvarado.
