Born December 31, 1940 in Dexter, NM, Marvin Joe was the son of Jess and Georgie Mae (Foster) Reynolds. Marvin passed away June 7, 2017 at his home in Cochise, Arizona.
He grew up in New Mexico and lived in Jonesboro, Arkansas for a time before moving to California. On January 6, 1962 Marvin married Claudene in an Orange Cove Ceremony. They made Madera, California their home for 37 years before moving to McNeal, Arizona. Marvin was a truck driver by trade and enjoyed listening to country music and driving fast cars.
He is survived by his children: Norman Reynolds and wife Tammy of Chelsea, OK, Carolyn and husband Pat of Chowchilla, CA, Albert and wife Summer of Chelsea, OK; two brothers: Wayne Reynolds of Ukiah, California, and Larry Reynolds of Ukiah, California; two sisters: Susan and Betty; grandchildren: PJ Spangler and Cynthia Franklin; James Batson, Andrew Batson, and Brandy Hull; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Claudean; one brother: Frank.
A funeral ceremony honoring the life of Marvin Joe Reynolds will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Condry Chapel in Chelsea, OK.
