Second biological son of Patricia Ann (Patterson) Victoria and Louis Edgar Sherrard. He was raised in Virginia, California and Maryland. Attended Linganore High School, near Mt. Airy, Maryland. Employed by Kennedy Masonry & Firewood, New Market. Surviving besides his biological parents are his step father,one sister and six brothers.
