Fangow was my little cat when I was at home. I remember fetching her in a zip up bag on the the handle bars of my bike! She was given the name Fangow by a friend from college. It is Chinese for "Sleep" which she always was!
She was a very gentle little cat, and would never drink milk, until we moved house. Mum and Dad lived opposite to us with Fangow, and she suddenly developed a love of milk!
She would sit in the sun or on Mum or Dad's knee.
When we returned from holiday she would greet us excitedly and rub all round my Dad's neck and purr so loudly.
The summer we lost her was very hot, and she passed away at the kennels when we were on holiday. They were very upset. They buried her in their grounds and planted a rose bush for her. She was 17 when we lost her,and although she hadn't been ill, and I think the hot weather was finally too much for her.
She was a lovely little cat, and a good companion who is loved and missed. Rest with your sisters Fangy.
