My beautiful cat Manola, (which means "God is with us"), passed away recently. Her nickname was Nola. She was sweet as sugar, loved to cuddle and she was my best friend for almost 11 years. Nola started to slow down around late March so I took her to the animal hospital and found she had chronic kidney failure which is not curable. She didn't last long after that. It has been lonely without her. Although I know she went to the rainbow bridge, she would want me to adopt another friend to share my life. It is me who waits, but I am still not ready. I loved her so very much.
