He married Elizabeth McCormick in 1805 and together they had three children: Margaret (Thompson), John and Rachel G. (who died as an infant). They lived in St. Clair Twp, Allegheny County, PA. We lived his entire life in St. Clair Twp, Allegheny County, PA and was farmer.
William died on Mar 16, 1868 and Elizabeth died in 1870. They are buried next to each other in Bethel Cemetery.
