Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of Frances Moody Green of Easley, and the late Ralph D. Green Jr.
Mrs. Hooper was employed by Industrial Service, and was a member of Piedmont Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are her husband, James Randel Hooper of the home; three children, Jeffrey Scott Stewart and his wife Sonya, Kimberly Diane Creswell and husband Charles and James Corey Hooper, all of Piedmont; four grandchildren, Madison Hardin, Kaci Stewart, Gavin Moore, and Kole Stewart, all of Piedmont; two sisters, Linda Ledwell and husband, Don of Powdersville, and Deborah Gilliland and husband, Gary of Greenville; four brothers, Barry D. Green and wife, Linda of Powdersville, Mickey Green and wife, Lorrie of Easley, Ralph D. Green III and wife, Judy of Easley and Steve A. Green of Greenville.
Visitation will be held at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Thursday at 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be at the Northwest Chapel Friday at 1:30 p.m.
Burial will be at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society SC Chapter, 1247 Lake Murray Blvd., Irmo, SC 29063.
The family will be at the residence.
