Our beautiful and faithful little friend. The most polite and trustworthy among rats, ever ready to ramble and explore. A natural part of our family, firm leader among cats and dogs. Ever gentle, ever noble. A gourmet with a passinate love for all kinds of cheese, chocolate, salad and bread.

Dearly loved and missed by all his family.
Never did we think that we would come to love and miss you as much as we do. Greatful that you were, and still is, part of our lives. Much missed by your good friend,
Vegas, who would follow you around and wait patiently while you "stole" his food.

Now you know, boys, just like lions lie down with lambs, rats and cats can ramble together in heaven.

Igor is buried in his much loved wooden cabin, filled with hay and grass. Also with him his favourite corn and bread.

On a stone slab, near the house, you can see a "trollcross" engraved. It's a protection from bad spirits.

"Who knows if the spirit of man rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?"
(Ecclesiastes 3:21)
