Dr. John Christian Sullivan, 63, a Washington physician and for more than 25 years a team physician for St. John's College High School here, died Saturday in Arlington Hospital of an aneurysm. He lived on Arlington Boulevard in Arlington.

Sullivan was affiliated with several area hospitals and recently worked at the Ft. Myer clinic.

A graduate of Niagara University in New York, Sullivan received his M.D. from Georgetown University. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the Air Force.

Sullivan was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the D.C. Medical Society and the Touchdown Club of Washington.

He leaves his wife, Tweety K.; a son, John Jr. of Hyattsville, and three grandchildren.

Services and burial will be held Wednesday in Hornwell, N.Y.
