COTTONDALE | Mary Dell Eaton, age 98, of 15644 Wire Rd., Cottondale, died June 7, 2005 at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Memory Chapel with Rev. Billy Ray Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Eaton is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Jack Oliver Eaton; daughter, Mildred Davis Battles; and grandson, Rev. Tommy Lynn Battles.
Survivors include her daughters, Lois Dean Cooley and Mary Helen Battles, both of Cottondale; 14 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 38 great-great-grandchildren.
