Nixzmary "Nixzy" Brown was born on July 18, 1998 in Waterbury, Connectcut Her mother is Nixzmary Santiago. Cesar Rodriguez was her stepfather. On January 11, 2006 she was murdered by him.
Cesar Rodriguez was convicted of first degree manslaughter. For his part in the killing of Nixzmary and he received a sentence of 29 years. Nixzaliz Santiago was acquitted of murder on October 17, 2008, she was, however, found guilty of manslaughter. Nixzaliz was sentenced to a short term of 43 years in prison. She showed zero emotion as she was given her sentence.
Nixzy is now at peace and will never be hurt or abused again.
