Billy was the man who found the head of Precious Doe in Hibbs Park. He went back to the park regularly to pray. Four years later she was identified. His reaction - "This is the day I have been waiting for. I just asked the Lord to say who she was, because I wasn't at peace and I knew she wasn't at peace .. "
