Violet Grace Rhoads, six month old daughter of
Justin and Amy Conrad Rhoads, Perry, KS., passed
away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in the loving
arms of her parents after a courageous battle
with acute myeloid leukemia. Baby Violet was
born April 21, 2010 at Lawrence, the only
daughter of Justin Gabriel and Amy Ann Conrad
Rhoads. Survivors include her parents, Paternal Grandmother, Nancy Rhoads, Topeka, Maternal
Grandmother, Darlene Mckay, Paw Paw, MI.,
Paternal Great-Grandparents, J.W. and Vera Rhoads, Emporia, and Maternal Great-Grandmothers,
Dorothy Conrad, Jackson, MI. and Delores Lester, Kalamazoo, MI. She was preceded in death by
her Maternal-Grandfather, Larry Jack Conrad.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at
11:00 AM, Monday, Nov., 1 at St. Aloysius
Catholic Church, Meriden, KS. Visitation will
be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, prior to
Services at the Church. Burial will follow
Services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Perry, KS.
