Age 96, died May 30, 1974 at a local hospital. Mrs. LaGuire was born September 28, 1877 in Wisconsin and had been resident of Lansing for 25 years. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Queenis Mcliquham of Lansing, Mrs. Grace Solem of Mesa, Arizona; four sons, Orville of Benzonia, Stanley of Edmore, Dudley of Owosso, and Virgil of Lansing; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing chapel with Rev. Jerry Dean of the Kolnoneo Ministries officiating. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 7-9 p.m. Pallbearers will be grandsons, John La Guire, Phillip La Guire, Alfred La Guire, Gordon La Guire, Roderick Mcliquham, William Mcliquham, Wayne Britten, and Clifford Dobbrastine.
