And moved to Port Richey, from Rochester, Michigan, 25 years ago. Mr. Hand was a retired Supervisor of Maintenance for Chrysler Corporation. He was a World War II Veteran, and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, in New Port Richey. Survivors are his wife Hazel, three daughters Carolyn Stark, Marysville, Diane Bobo, Palatka, FL., and Laura Toombs, Creswood, Ky., 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, a brother Robert, of Smith Creek. Memorial Service is 2 p.m. Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Port Richey.
