LOUISVILLE - Flora Von Allmen Mitchell, 96, Conroe, TX, a native of Louisville, KY and long time Paris, Winchester, and Frankfort resident died Jan 10, 2007 after a brief illness. She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in Frankfort in early spring after which she will be interred with her husband, Harry Morton Mitchell, in the Frankfort Cemetery.
