James "Jimmy" Scot Barzelogna was the son of Richard Dean Barzelogna (b 6-7-1938) and Camille Krusse Barzelogna (b 7-18-1940, d 6-23-1999). His only sibling was Kimberle Ann Barzelogna Weeks (b 4-27-1961), and he was an uncle to 3 nephews and 2 neices. He was a devout Catholic who entertained notions of becoming a priest during childhood. (He gave that up when girls became more interesting in adolescence.) A 1976 graduate of Crestwood High School (Ohio), he spent most of his life in Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, Arizona and Florida. Jimmy's pride was a cherried-out 1960's vintage Ford Mustang (beautifully maintained classic!). He was a Material Management Buyer for Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona. He married Shelli Jean Peck in Lancaster County, Nebraska on 9-24-1983, and the marriage ended in divorce in 1987 without any children. Jimmy was socially gifted and highly adaptable. On News Years Eve (12/31/1975), we had been drinking and celebrating with Grandpa Brazelogna when Jimmy's older cousin announced that we were all invited to a New Years party, and we did not know until our arrival that everyone at the party (except us) were Mormons. Even though it was obvious that all 3 of us had drank, Jimmy was undaunted, introduced himself, danced several times, and rapidly became the life of the party. He was a cheerful, lively individual who died of brain cancer while visiting his mother and sister in Florida.

LIFE: 32 Years, 9 Months, 4 Days

CAUSE OF DEATH: Brain Cancer
