Mr. Cumming was born in Saugatuck, Mich., May 12, 1872. He was married to Emma Young Cumming, who died in 1917.
For 28 years he was foreman of the paint shop at the Port Huron Engine and Thresher Company. He retired three years ago and moved to Applegate.
Mr. Cumming is survived by two sons, Leslie R. Cumming and W.L. Cumming, both of Port Huron; a sister, Miss Matilda Cumming, Applegate; and three grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday in Kipp Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. A.E. Duplan, rector Of Grace Episcopal Church, will officiate Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
The remains are in the funeral home.
