She was a retired employee of Philip Morris. She was an active member of the WOTM of Chester Moose Lodge Chapter #1980 where she held many offices, Academy of Friendship, Senior Regent, Junior Graduate Regent, and College of Regents. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Prindes Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Prindes Manning; and granddaughter, Karen Manning, both of Sammamish, Wash.; grandsons, Michael and Kenneth Prindes; great-grandson, Eric Prindes, all of Chesterfield; sister, Doris Texter of Richmond; brother, Cecil Blankenship of New Jersey; three nieces, and many brothers and sisters of the Moose.
She donated her body to the Virginia Anatomical Program for purposes of medical study and research for human life. There will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to WOTM International Headquarters, Mooseheart, Ill. 60539-1182; or the American Cancer Society.
