Alex (Birosak) Biroscsak, Sr., aged 74 years old, died at his residence, Saturday at 1 p.m. He has been ill a week and suffered a heart attack. Mr. Birosak was born in Czechoslavakia, March 19, 1879, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Birosak. He lived here for the past 51 years and was a retired employee of the New Castle Refractories company. He had been married for 51 years to Mrs. Mary Ferrick Birosak. The deceased was a member of St. Michael's church, the Holy Name Society and the Holy Rosary Society of St. Michael's church. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Noga funeral home, South Mill at Reynolds street, with requiem mass to follow in St. Michael's church at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery. Friends are being received by the family in the Noga funeral home, today from 2 to 5 o'clock and 7 to 10 o'clock. Friends may call at anytime.
