Margaret "Peggy" Heavenhill Fryrear was the 5th child, of 8, of Ulrich Himmelberger, aka Oliver Heavenhill and Elizabeth Tesch. Peggy married John Smith Fryrear, April 3, 1803 at the young age of 15. Her mother wrote a letter of permission.

On April 1, 1803, Elizabeth Heavenhill gave her permission for her daughter Peggy to marry John Fryrear. On April 2, 1803, John Fryrear and George Heavenhill obtained the marriage bond. On April 3, 1803, John Fryrear and Peggy Heavenhill were married as stated in the Nelson County marriage register.
Her brother William is the Heaven Hill distillery founder. She gave birth to 8 children in 26 years:
