It's sad to note that both Pearl's Boy and Steve Edquist, who added material for this bio, have now passed on too. All three were contributors to this site. I will transfer this memorial to any family member who would like to manage it. Just let me know.

Nita had a heart of gold. She was kind and thoughtful to everyone she knew. She was always willing to help her family and friends anyway she could. She raised two fine boys that she was very proud of. She loved singing in the church choir and working in her garden. And she loved to travel. She was also a superb speller. I often told her she would of won first place had she ever entered a spelling bee contest.
We worked well together when we had the "The Angels Flower Garden." She always came up with great ideas on how the request pages should look.
As time went on her health started to take a toll on her. So it was decided to close down the Flower Club. It wasn't an easy decision to make.
Nita will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing this extraordinary lady.

Thank you to the late Louis(Pearls Boy) for the sponsorship.
Thank you to the late Steve Edquist for the bio.
