Henry Lee Anderson, 88, of Bremo Bluff, Virginia, departed this life Tuesday afternoon, June 23, 2009, at the Village Nursing Home in Fork Union, Virginia.
He was born September 20, 1920, to the late Wilson and Lizzie Payne Anderson.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Terry and Wilbur Anderson; and one daughter, Juanita Anderson.
Mr. Anderson leaves to cherish his memory, six sons, Ralph, Sherman, Henry Jr., Lester, Paul and Sylvester Anderson; three daughters, Diana Washington, Maxine Ward and Pricilla Anderson.
A funeral service was held Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Cloverdale Baptist Church, with the Reverend Charles Lewis officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery.
Thomasson Fork Union Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
