Bishop Otis Lee Conyers was the prelate and General Overseer of the Bible Way Pentecostal Holy Churches of America, Inc. He was also the Founder and Pastor of Bible Way Pentecostal Holy Church In Fayetteville, NC. Bishop Conyers was the first Black Minister to be heard on AM Radio Station WFLB. His famous remark before closing broadcast was: "You had better come on over. We are about to go off the air, but we are getting ready to go in the air."
He also was a vocalist, guitarist, and a dynamic Man of God, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who did and did not like, both members and visitors, both saved and unsaved.
He fellowshiped with several churches, namely: Fire Baptized Church, United Holy Church, Mt. Calvary Holy Church, Holy Bible Church of God, and many, many others.

His presence will be missed here, physically, but his work speaks for itself.

His body is interred beside
his wife, Louise Arrington Conyers.
