Charles, better known as "Cee Cee" was a cook at K&W restaurant for a number of years until his health declined and he had to retire. He is the father of Javanus D. "J.D." McLean-Hines of the residence where Cee Cee lived, as well as Ms. Evelyn Stubbs, his fiance'. He had a heart to give to others in need. He will be greatly missed by one and all in the Fayetteville community.
