He was a close friend of mine and attended Fayetteville State with me. He was a native of Clinton, NC. He was a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Faternity, Inc., from Fayetteville State's Campus.

Clarence Xavier Henderson, 30, of 549 Glen Canyon Drive, Fayetteville, died Friday, April 4, 2003 .
The funeral was conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2003 in Morning Star Holy Church in Clinton by Dr. Albert McMillan. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Clinton.

Mr. Henderson is survived by his parents, Beatrice Henderson of the home and Clarence Henderson of Alabama; a sister, BeDrea Henderson of the home; his maternal grandmother, Annie Bryant of Clinton; and his paternal grandmother, Irene Henderson of Alabama.

A viewing was held Tuesday, April 8, 2003 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home in Clinton.

The family received friends Tuesday, April 8, 2003 from 6 to 7 at the funeral home.
