Charles Barton Crosno was born 14 March 1845 in Jefferson County, Illinois, died 3 Nov 1917 at Toledo.

He served as collector of the port of Yaquina Bay. He was an ex-state senator from Benton and Lincoln Counties and had served two terms as state representative in the Legislature. He was a prominent member of the Odd Fellows Lodge.
